On July 3, within the framework of a visit to the Industrial City industrial and warehouse complex, the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov visited the CA107 data center of 3data. It is located on the territory of the first multifunctional park in Russia "Synkovo".
Industrial City is an industrial coworking space. In 2018, the governor supported the idea of implementing a project where small and medium-sized businesses can develop their business. Among the residents are 3data, the first company in Russia to implement the concept of “data center within walking distance”, as well as the largest manufacturing companies and suppliers that have located their workshops and warehouses on the territory of the complex.
“The choice of Technopark “Synkovo ”as the first Moscow region site of 3data is due to its geographical location in the south, where a large number of modern production and logistics centers and other companies-consumers of digital services are located, convenient transport accessibility, as well as the professionalism of the site operator of Construction Alliance developing innovation. The advanced format of the industrial real estate Light Industrial and the efficiency of the Construction Alliance in making and agreeing decisions also influenced the choice in favor of building a data center in Synkovo, ”Ilya Khala, General Director of 3data, told Andrey Vorobyov.
The data center "CA107", developed and manufactured by the St. Petersburg company GreenMDC, is not inferior in quality to Moscow data centers and at the same time provides "step-by-step availability" of computing infrastructure for organizations operating in the southern districts of the Moscow region. The site is provided with reliable connections using direct optical fibers of the Master-Connect network of Mastertel, the largest urban optical network in Europe. Also, with the help of Mastertel, a point of interconnection of local telecom operators was created.
The industrial park is 75% filled with working firms, and investment projects have already been planned in the remaining areas. Andrey Vorobyov examined the territory of the facility, accompanied by the co-owner of the Construction Alliance holding Artem Petrukhin, who spoke about the uniqueness of the Industrial City facility, shared further development plans, and also introduced the governor to the residents of the complex.
“Our goal is to make sure that an entrepreneur comes to us. Water, electricity, gas are an integral part of the infrastructure.
