The HEROES project, the Yana Poplavskaya Foundation and the School of Heroes in partnership with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the Prosveshchenie Group of Companies and the 3data network of data centers are holding the Voenkor Victory online marathon. The marathon started on May 8, the participants are teenagers aged 12 to 17 years old who have an account in one of the social networks.
“It is very important for us at 3data to support this project as our main technology partner. The main task of the online marathon is to preserve the memory of the events of the Great Patriotic War among both schoolchildren and the older generation. The project is unique in that it takes place online and uses technologies that are relevant in the modern world, which will develop the creative and technological potential of the participants. Data centers are created in order to store data, which can also be memories. We consider it our duty to help preserve memories of such an important historical event, ”said 3data CEO Ilya Khala.
During 15 days, participants of the online marathon will complete 5 tasks dedicated to the Great Patriotic War. The children will have to record an interview with a veteran or family members who will tell about important events, make a video report about one of the great battles (Kursk Bulge, the Battle of Prokhorovka, Stalingrad, the Battle of Moscow), create a comic strip about a war hero (A. Pavlyuchenko, Z. Kolobov, I. Kozhedub), prepare an analytical article and shoot a video on TikTok dedicated to one of the military professions.
The completed tasks should be posted by the participants of the marathon on their pages on social networks with the hashtag #ВоенкорПобеды, and then noted in the comments under the publication of the corresponding master class. The best works will be determined by an expert jury. The winners will be able to receive valuable prizes, one of which will be participation in the children's series "Russia through the eyes of children."
